Pre-K Santa Mural

PreK A and PreK B have been working very hard on creating a giant mural for the Christmas Art mural exhibit. Last week, we went outside and painted in groups.

Group 1 filled a giant paper with red and green that we used for cut-outs this week. Group 2 painted candy cane diagonal stripes on their giant paper. And group 3 painted a snowy mountain tall landscape.

This week, students used their amazing cutting skills to cut one part each of a giant Santa Claus. When they finished cutting their piece, they placed it onto the snowy landscape painting and we glued Santa together. At the end, we added some 3-D finishing touches with ripped paper and pompoms.

Collaborative art is both fun and beautiful!
