Some first grade students expressed their interest in
dinosaurs to Ms. Angela Mariano, so I took the opportunity to create a
classroom project in which they created their own 3D dinosaur using
modeling clay. Students watched a video with general instructions on how to create
their dinosaur. First we mixed the clay with paint to create the color we wanted.
Then we started modeling it, and once we had our dinosaur finished, we added details with different
coloedr clay. This is the result:
